As we wind down an eventful 2024, I reflect on a year that, despite its challenges, reaffirmed the video game industry’s resilience and capacity for growth. The most exciting opportunities lie in the industry’s global expansion into diverse and vibrant regions. India and the Middle East are stepping boldly onto the stage, and it’s been inspiring to work alongside incredible partners and studios to help these markets realize their full potential.

Japan and Colombia continue to impress with groundbreaking IPs and Beyond Games innovations that redefine what’s possible—not just in entertainment but across enterprise solutions. Of course, Malaysia, our home and a source of new IPs, innovation, and warmth, continues to radiate into the industry with its unmatched capacity and capabilities in the global south. We’re incredibly proud of what our studios have accomplished here and can’t wait to share it with the world soon enough!
